kódování

Prosim napište mi někdo proč na této stránce nefunguje kódování?

V IE to jde, ale v Opeře a Mozille ne.

BTW: Abych mi to fungovalo alespoň v IE, musel jsem tohle:
<META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">
změnit na:
<META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset="ISO-8859-1">
